A GULL THAT HAD ITS TONGUE TIED WITH STRING WAS RESCUED BY WILDLIFE EMERGENCY SERVICES MONDAY.       THE BIRD FOUND AT SAN LORENZO PARK, REPORTEDLY COULD HAVE BEEN TANGLED IN THE STRING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. WILDLIFE EMERGENCY SERVICES FOUNDER REBECCA DMYTRYK SUSPECTS IT WAS AN INTENTIONAL ACT OF CRUELTY.
