Prowler Arrested 2/28/13 7.40a AF

A prowler was arrested in King City early yesterday morning. The victim called police from her Pine Canyon Road residence shortly after 5am to report the suspect. Manuel Torres was arrested on misdemeanor charges of prowling, and for a parole violation.
