Robbery Victim Tied Up 2/19/13 9.30a AF

An elderly woman was tied up and robbed in her Marina home early this (Tuesday) morning.      Just past 5am, Marina Police officers were dispatched to a residence on the 300 block of Carmel avenue.    The victim reported that a man has entered her home, struck her with an object, and then tied her up.    Once he had incapacitated the victim, the thief demanded money, and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.     Anyone with information on this home invasion is encouraged to contact the Marina Police Department.
