Gunshot Victim Won't Talk 2/7/13 7a AF

Capitola paramedics responded to a report of a man with a broken leg, and instead the found a gunshot victim.     Shortly after 6pm on Wednesday emergency crews arrived at a location on the 5000 block of Cliff Drive.      There they found Isaias Escobar Flores suffering from a gunshot wound.     When officers arrived, they attempted to get statements from Flores and another person he was with, but both refused to cooperate.    Flores was flown to an out of county trauma center with non-life threatening injuries.   The case is being investigated by Capitola detectives and Santa Cruz County Gang Task Force.
