Tow Truck Fires 1/30/13 12p AF

A possible case of arson caused damage to 10 work vehicles at a business in Salinas.     Salinas Police officers responded to a report of a fire just before midnight on Tuesday at R&R Tow on Commission Street.   There they found multiple tow trucks engulfed in flames.    Fire crews arrived to put out the blaze, but 2 vehicles were destroyed completely.   Eight others were damaged, and no one was injured in the incident.     It is not yet known what cause the fire, but the case is being investigated as arson.
