IDENTITY THEFT ARREST - 01/18/13 18:38 S.S.

A  38  YEAR-OLD  CAPITOLA  WOMAN  HAS  BEEN  ARRESTED  ON  SUSPICION  OF  IDENTITY  THEFT, AND  PASSING BAD CHECKS.    KRISTIN  DIANE  NYUNT is suspected of  a number of felonies,  including using  other people's identification to obtain credit, passing fraudulent checks and grand theft.    She is also suspected of knowingly possessing stolen property, unauthorized wiretapping and using someone's access card without permission.  SHE  WAS  BOOKED  INTO  MONTEREY  COUNTY  JAIL.
