Forests hold job opportunities - 01/16/13 17:40 S.S.

According  to the U.S. Forest Service,  now is the time for young people to begin applying for jobs in forestry.     Each year,  the Forest Service (and other conservation groups) hire thousands of seasonal workers to do everything from improving trails to enhancing wildlife habitat.    One program, (the Youth Conservation Corp),  employs more than 2  thousand high school students (in forests across the country, including in California).
