School official pleads not guilty 01/11/13 11a.m. TDH

A former member of the Gilroy unified school district board of trustees appeared in a san jose courtroom this week, to answer to charges of embezzlement.  Francisco Dominguez is facing 2-counts of felony grand theft, for allegedly stealing more than 50-thousand dollars from a social services agency.    Dominguez pleaded not guilty this week, and has retained a private attorney to try to clear his name.
