Three more defendants have had their charges dropped in a case associated with the occupation of a bank building in Santa Cruz in 2011. Robert Norse, Becky Johnson, and Desiree Foster had the charges of felony vandalism and misdemeanor trespassing dismissed in court on Tuesday. A total of 7 people have been released of the charges relating to damage that was done to the Wells Fargo building on River Street in a 3-day occupation by protesters.
