Man wrestles w/ clerk 01/08/13 9:30p.m. TDH

A 26-year-old man is facing possible charges of trespassing.     jose alejandro godoy was already wanted on drug-related charges.  he was arrested after he refused to come out of a walk-in refrigerator in an employee room at the mission street 7-11.  an employee wrestled with godoy, but nobody was injured.  godoy was booked into santa cruz county jail on 20-thousand dollars bail.
