Public comments—metro 01/08/13 9:30p.m. TDH

A series of public meetings is being held in the upcoming days, to discuss the santa cruz metro’s non-discrimination program.  The meetings will serve as a forum for public comments on the metro’s accessibility and compliance with anti-discrimination laws.  It’s all part of an effort to craft an official policy that complies with title-6 of the civil rights act of 1964.  meetings are set for today at the aptos public library, and tomorrow at davenport’s pacific school.   Meetings are also set for next Monday and Tuesday at pacific station and scotts valley, respectively.  All meetings start at 5 p.m.
