Trophy tour 01/08/13 9:30a.m. TDH
The world champion san Francisco giants are kicking off their world series trophy tour today, (but it will be a few weeks before the trophies come to the monterey bay area). both the giants’ 2010 and 2012 trophies will be part of the tour—people can take pictures with the trophies at public events, and support the team’s junior giants youth program. The world series trophy tour will make a couple of stops in northern California, then make it all the way to new york city before coming to the monterey bay. On February 16th, the trophy tour is scheduled to move through salinas, Gilroy, and morgan hill. Then, on march 5th, the trophies will be in the live oak area of santa cruz county. event locations and times are still being finalized.
