1 shot in salinas 01/06/13 10:15p.m. TDH

salinas police are looking for 2-people in connection with an attempted homicide.  on friday night, a 17-year-old boy and 18-year-old man were riding their bicycles on del monte avenue.  as they approached williams road, 2 people ran out from a parked car, and 1 of them began shooting.  the victims tried to get away, but 1 of them was struck in the right bicep.  he was airlifted to a bay area hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.  the victims were unable to provide a description of their attackers.
