A former gilroy school official is set to appear in court next week.   Francisco Dominguez is a former Gilroy unified school district trustee, who is accused of 2-counts of felony grand theft.  the case centers on his alleged embezzlement of more than 50-thousand dollars from a santa clara county social services agency.  Dominguez is scheduled to appear in court at the hall of justice in san jose at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
