Hearing delayed—arballo murder 01/04/13 8:20a.m. TDH
A hearing to set a trial date for 3-people accused of murder has been delayed. the 3 are accused of taking part in the murder of 39-year-old mark arballo. Arballo was gunned down on hollister’s hill street in January of 2011. the 3 were expected to have a trial date set yesterday, but that hearing has been delayed to January 24th.
