New Hollister police chief 01/03/13 8a.m. TDH

A new chief of the Hollister police department is set to take over.  Captain carlos reynoso has been elevated to the role, following the retirement of chief jeff miller last year.  miller retired in april; david westrick has been serving as interim chief; he will return to his position as captain.
