Drug possession 01/03/13 7a.m. TDH

A 23-year-old woman was arrested on drug-related charges Tuesday.  Ashley Ramirez was taken into custody on salinas’ north main street, after salinas police officers pulled over the vehicle she was driving.  A search of the vehicle allegedly turned up methamphetamine and heroin.   Ramirez was arrested, and was booked into monterey county jail.
