Beach street café reopens 12/31/12 8a.m. TDH

A well-known watsonville restaurant has re-opened.  The beach street café held an open house event this weekend to greet customers back to the local spot.  The café had been closed for a year, but has re-opened under new ownership.   The restaurant is located at 435 west beach street.
