New SCC judge assignments 12/30/12 10:30p.m. TDH

the new year will bring a shakeup to judicial assignments within the santa cruz county superior court system.  judge john salazar will move from presiding over felony cases to overseeing misdemeanors, while judge rebecca connolly will take up civil matters instead of misdemeanors.   and, as part of the routine rotation, judge timothy volkmann will move from overseeing civil cases to presiding over felonies.   the new assignments are effective january 1st.
