central coast drivers can again take advantage of a free service provided by triple-A this new year's eve.  the "tipsy-tow program" is open to any driver who is drunk and needs their vehicle towed within 10-miles—you don't have to be a triple-a member.  the free service is offered from 6 p.m. through 6 a.m.   the insurance company is encouraging party-goers, party hosts, bartenders, and others to stay safe and take advantage of the free service...you can do so by calling 1-800-AAA-Help. just request a "tipsy tow," and a tow truck will be sent, at no charge.
