authorities in marina are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing person, who is in need of urgent medical care.  67-year-old raymond smith was last seen leaving his marina residence at 8 o'clock sunday morning.   Smith recently suffered a stroke, and is partially paralyzed.   he was reported missing by family members when he didn't return.  Raymond Smith is described as a white male, with blue eyes and blonde hair.  smith is about 6 feet tall, 155-pounds—he was last seen wearing blue pajama pants and a white t-shirt.  he was driving his 2003 GMC yukon, with california license plate 5-D-G-K-8-4-6.   anyone who sees raymond smith is encouraged to contact authorities.
