3rd assault suspect named 12/20/12 6:15p.m. TDH
A 3rd suspect has been identified in a case of assault and false imprisonment in morgan hill. 49-year-old Richard Rodriguez, junior is now wanted by authorities, in connection with the forced labor of a handyman. Rodriguez and 2 others allegedly beat the man up, and forced him to repair a dishwasher and other appliances. 36-year-old Jason Dejesus and 33-year-old chanelle troedson have already been arrested for their role in the December 3rd incident. Anyone with information about Richard Rodriguez, junior is encouraged to contact authorities.
