Capitola, Northridge malls listed for sale 12/20/12 5:45p.m. TDH

The owner of a couple of central coast malls has listed the properties for sale.    Macerich corporation has listed 17-malls for sale, including the Northridge mall in salinas, and the capitola mall.  Both are known in real estate circles as “class-b” malls, which generate at least 350-dollars per foot of real estate.  (“class-a” malls generate at least 450-dollars per square foot.)  The malls are being marketed by eastdil secured.
