Scotts valley leaders seated 12/20/12 10a.m. TDH

Newly elected city officials took their respective seats Wednesday at the scotts valley city council meeting.  Mayor randy Johnson began his stint as the city’s leader, and councilman jim reed was seated as vice mayor.  After the men were seated in their new roles, the council began its normal business, which included a proposal to build a safeway in the town center.  safeway has agreed to pay scotts valley 25-thousand dollars to create a development plan.
