Stolen vehicle arrest 12/20/12 9:45a.m. TDH

A 19-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in salinas for driving a stolen vehicle.  salinas police officers had just received the report of the car theft, when an officer spotted the car near cari court and atlantic avenue.  a high risk traffic stop was conducted, and cesar Hernandez was arrested.   Hernandez was booked into monterey county jail.
