**Roosters to be euthanized today—adopt until 3:30p.m.** 12/18/12 7:45a.m. TDH

Officials at the Hollister animal shelter are putting out a final plea for adoptions of roosters that were seized last month.   The birds are set to be euthanized at 3:30 p.m., due to the increased cost of housing them in a separate kennel.  54 roosters were seized in late November from a suspected cock-fighting operation on frazier lake road.  anyone interested in adopting any or all of the roosters is encouraged to contact the Hollister animal shelter as soon as possible.
