4 cited in decoy operation 12/16/12 TDH

santa cruz police officers cited 4-store employees for selling to a minor, after deploying a decoy operation.  the underage buyer was sent into a total of 24 stores in the city.  22 did not sell alcohol to the decoy, but 2 workers at both the circle market on errett circle and the grog shop on hubbard street were cited for allowing the sale.  the undercover operation was funded with a grant from the state department of alcoholic beverage control.
