cockfighting arrests 12/09/12 8p.m. TDH

3-hollister men have been arrested for animal abuse and cockfighting, after authorities seized about 4-hundred birds from their property.   19-year-old jesus manuel sanchez, 30-year-old roberto hernandez ramirez, and 49-year-old raul botello ramirez were arrested on the 43-hundred block of fairview road.   in addition to the roosters, paraphernalia related to cockfighting was allegedly found on the property.  the 3 men were booked into san benito county jail on multiple charges.
