jail escapee arrested (SCC) 12/09/12 8p.m. TDH

a man who escaped from santa cruz county jail is back in custody, after he was arrested friday.  blaine collamore was listed on santa cruz county's most wanted list.  he was located on the coast north of santa cruz, and was arrested by a santa cruz county sheriff's deputy.
