STACY LONNBERG COMPETENT - 12/04/12 06:45 S.S.

A  GILROY  WOMAN,   ACCUSED  OF  THE  FEBRUARY  DRUNKEN  DRIVING  CRASH  (THAT  KILLED  HER  HUSBAND  AND  ADULT  DAUGHTER),   HAS  BEEN  DEEMED  MENTALLY  COMPETENT.     THAT  AFTER  STACEY  LONNBERG CLAIMED  SHE  WAS  MENTALLY  UNSTABLE.      SHE  IS  NOW  EXPECTED  TO  RETURN  TO  A  SANTA  CLARA  COUNTY  COURTROOM FOR  A  PRE-TRIAL  HEARING  DECEMBER  14TH.

Correction, Stacy Lonnbergs Pre Trial Hearing is scheduled for December 21st in in Division 23 at 8:30 a.m.. Finally, after almost 10 months of stalling, the Justice Process can continue. I would personally like to thank Deputy District Attorney, for being such an Honorable man and never allowing any of the Defendants attempts to avoid prosecution.

Stacy Lonnberg's Pre Trial Hearing is actually scheduled on December 21st, 2012 at 8:30a.m. in Dept. 23 at the San Jose Hall of Justice.
