Capitola mall electrical explosion 11/29/12 5:30p.m. TDH

An electrical incident caused authorities to evacuate the area around the food court at the capitola mall this afternoon.  A p-g and e utility worker was replacing a power meter, when a nearby meter in the utility room exploded and sent out electrical sparks.  Nobody was injured in the incident, but the blast did reportedly cause damage to the utility room.
