2 missing in salinas 11/25/12 10:30p.m. TDH

authorities in salinas are asking for the public's assistance in locating 2 missing people.  35-year-old leticia morales-soto and 37-year-old rafael carballo were last seen thanksgiving day.   carballo filed a police report of an assault on friday, but authorities were unable to make contact with him after that.  the 2 have not made contact with friends or family, leading authorities to put a call out to the public of help.  anyone with information about leticia morales-soto or rafael carballo is encouraged to contact the salinas police department.
