Residential burglary—sal 11/15/12 7p.m. TDH
3-juveniles were arrested in Salinas yesterday morning on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy. At about 9:30 a.m., a security alarm was tripped at a residence on the 12-thousand-9-hundred block of Arthur street, causing a person in the area to call 9-1-1. salinas police officers located 2-juveniles exiting the residence, and 1 acting as a lookout. 2 were released to their parents after being cited, while the 3rd suspect was booked into monterey county juvenile hall.
