Midnight fire destroys house 11/12/12 6:45p.m. TDH

An early Monday morning fire destroyed a house in the zyante area.   firefighters from cal-fire responded to the incident, along with assistance from crews with the zayante fire protection district, and firefighters from the felton, ben lomond, and scotts valley police departments.  No one was inside the visitor street home when the fire broke out at 12:20 a.m.   fire crews were able to stop the flames from spreading to surrounding forest land.  The cause is under investigation.
