Warrant for attempt. Murder of cop 11/12/12 4:40p.m. TDH

an arrest warrant has been issued for a woman accused of shooting at a capitola police officer sunday.  Authorities say 30-year-old Amanda fox sloan should be considered “armed and dangerous.”  she was identified as the person who led officers on a high speed chase Sunday, during which a gunshot was fired at pursuing officers.  authorities lost sloan’s vehicle in the area of old san jose road, and she remained on the run as of Monday evening.   Anyone with information about Amanda fox sloan is encouraged to call 9-1-1 immediately.  She is wanted on several charges, including attempted murder of a police officer.
