Inaugural train tix sold out 11/11/12 10p.m. TDH
It took just 2-hours for tickets to sell out for a complimentary ride along the (branch rail line recently acquired by santa cruz county). as part of the launch of passenger train rides along the coastal rail, a “whistle-stop” tour is set to be held November 17th. Tickets for the rides were snatched up in 2-hours, even without any advertising from the regional transportation commission. Tickets are available for the “train to Christmas town,” which is scheduled to begin running on the line november 18th. Tickets can be purchased online at w w w dot train to Christmas town dot com.
