seaside shooting 11/11/12 9:30p.m. TDH

a woman was shot at in seaside early saturday morning.  The victim was not injured, but her car was struck by multiple rounds.  She was unloading her car on the 17-hundred block of kenneth street when the shots were fired.  seaside police are trying to determine if the victim was intentionally targeted, and why.
