MST project delayed 11/11/12 9:30p.m. TDH

an issue with underground utility lines has caused a delay in a monterey construction project.  work on a new Monterey-Salinas Transit stop at lighthouse and reeside avenues is expected to be delayed for at least a week.   Utility lines were reportedly found where crews were set to dig for a storm drain, so the project has been put on pause while engineers re-route the pipe.
