Gonzales solar farm: operational fri. 11/08/12 7p.m. TDH

Gonzales city officials are celebrating the opening of a solar farm in the city friday.  the project is known as the “energy efficiency and solar power project,” and is the result of a public-private partnership involving the city, chevron energy solutions, rabobank, and constellation brands.  The solar panel-array is expected to save the city 4-point-7 million dollars over the lifetime of the project.
