Fight leads to stabbing(s) 10/29/12 11:30p.m. TDH

A fight in Watsonville late Friday left a man with life-threatening injuries.     At 10 p.m., Watsonville police officers were called to the 11-hundred block of freedom boulevard, where a fight involving several people was taking place.   The stab victim was found nearby.  he was taken to a local hospital, before being airlifted to an out of county trauma center.    About an hour later, officers were called to Watsonville community hospital, where another stabbing victim had sought treatment.  That man, Joshua Zepeda, is suspected of being involved in the fight, and was arrested.  Zepeda was booked into santa cruz county jail for attempted murder, with gang enhancements.
