Child endangerment (smoking marijuana) 09/19/12 8a.m. TDH

A 22-year-old man was arrested in santa cruz yesterday on child endangerment charges.  juan Aguilera is accused of smoking marijuana while driving with an 18-month-old child in the vehicle.  Aguilera was pulled over by santa cruz police officers after he began swerving in his lane.  He was booked into santa cruz county jail.
