A man arrested last year for marijuana possession is in trouble again after he was found to be in possession of 27 grams of methamphetamine.       21-year-old Ruben Garcia was pulled over by Watsonville Police for a traffic violation at 10pm on Friday.     Because Garcia was on probation, Police searched the vehicle on Airport Boulevard, and discovered the 27 grams of meth.   A smaller amount of cocaine was found as well.     Garcia was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs for sale, gang related and probation violations.
