A MAN IS CURRENTLY RECOVERING AFTER DRIVING HIS CAR INTO THE PACIFIC VALLEY BANK IN DOWNTOWN MONTEREY ON ALVARADO STREET. ACCORDING TO POLICE, THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED AT APPROXIMATELY 6:00 P.M. MONDAY EVENING, WHEN THE REPORTED 60 YEAR OLD MAN DROVE THROUGH TH BANK. POLICE SAY ITS TOO EARLY TO TELL IF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS WERE A POTENTIAL CAUSE OF THE CRASH, OR IF THE MAN SUFFERED FROM ANY KIND OF MEDICAL CONDITION
