wildfire carmel valley 4:50p.m. 09/06/12 TDH

A small wildfire broke out this afternoon in carmel valley.  The blaze started in the pacific meadows area, after a power line went down.  Air support was initially requested, but that order was canceled as firefighters brought the flames under control at about 3:15 p.m.
