POLICE ARE SEARCHING FOR THE SUSPECT WHO ROBBED A BUSINESS IN WATSONVILLE AT GUNPOINT TUESDAY.   IT HAPPENED ON LAKE AVENUE, JUST BEFORE 5 P.M.

THE SUSPECT WENT INTO THE BUSINESS, BRANDISHED A SEMI-AUTOMATIC HANDGUN AT THE CLERK AND DEMANDED MONEY.     WITNESSES DESCRIBE THE SUSPECT AS A HISPANIC MALE, BETWEEN 17 AND 18 YEARS OLD WEARING A BASEBALL CAP, HOODED SWEATSHIRT AND BLUE JEANS.      THE INVESTIGATION IS ONGOING AND ANYONE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING THE INCIDENT IS encouraged to call the Watsonville Police Department Investigations Division at 768-3350, or the Watsonville Police Department tipline at 768-3544
