A Gilroy man is being sought in connection with the shooting death of a 21-year-old man in july.  24-year-old Fernando minero is wanted for manslaughter.  Prosecutors declined to bring murder charges against minero, because he drove the victim to the hospital after allegedly shooting the man in the neck.  That man, martin rojas, later died from his injuries.  minero is the only suspect in the case.  Anyone with information about Fernando minero is encouraged to contact local authorities immediately.
