A known burglar who left a drug treatment center in San Francisco may be in the Santa Cruz area, and police are on the lookout.     29-year-old Joshua Bacci of Lompico has been burglarizing homes and cars in the area since he was just a teenager.  He is also reported to have a drug problem.   Bacci has been arrested numerous times, and nearly faced a life sentence under the three strikes law in February, but was granted probation and drug treatment in lieu of the more severe punishment.    Now, police suspect he may be in the area, and consider him armed and dangerous.     Bacci is 6 feet tall, with short, dirty blonde hair, and the word “forsaken” tattooed across his back.   Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911, or call the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s department with information.
