Accident freedom blvd/valencia 08/20/12 5:55p.m. TDH

A 2-vehicle accident on aptos’ freedom boulevard had traffic snarled in the area of Valencia road, c-h-p officer sarah Jackson said the wreck occurred just after 5 p.m., and roads remain closed for more than an hour while emergency crews worked extricate a person trapped in 1 of the vehicles.  There was no immediate word on the cause of the accident, or the extent of injuries to those involved.
