D-U-I conviction, sentence 08/16/12 5p.m. TDH

A scotts valley woman was sentenced this week to 1-year in santa cruz county jail, after pleading guilty to Driving under the influence.     Michelle marie whiting was also given 5-years of probation.    It’s the 4^th time whiting has been arrested for D-U-I.  this latest incident occurred      may 21^st, when she was pulled over while driving on graham hill road.    other drivers had called 9-1-1 to report her erratic driving.  Whiting was ordered to report to santa cruz county jail by September 15^th to begin serving her sentence.
