Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

A Salinas man turned himself into police after seeing his photo on a television segment titled “Manhunt Monday.”      18-year-old Diego Javier Reyes saw his photo on the KION News segment that listed him as wanted for the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl.     Reyes met the girl approximately 2 months ago on Facebook.   The two went to a house where the alleged sexual abuse occurred.   The teen’s parents took her to a hospital following the encounter, and then notified Salinas Police.    Reyes surrendered to police on Tuesday and was booked into Monterey County jail on two counts of sexual abuse with a minor.
